Managed hosting and dedicated server provider with world class experience and a global reach since 2004

Dedicated Servers

We offer rental of individual physical servers for a variety of purposes, from dedicated hosting platforms to database clusters. Additional expansions such as load balancers are offered separately.

Managed Hosting

Fully-managed hosting solutions built to the exact specifications of clients. Also known as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), managed infrastructure provides a complete enterprise-grade hosting environment with 24/7 monitoring.

Clients who want to place their own hardware in an MIS facility can do so with colocation. They then manage their own hardware or can choose to hand over this responsibility to MIS.

Network Operations Center

Our geographically redundant NOC's provide continuous monitoring of our entire infrastructure 356 Days a year

Our dual Network Operations Centers (NOCs) located in Pasadena, California, USA and Rotterdam, Netherlands provide continuous monitoring of the entire infrastructure that supports your deployed server base. All critical infrastructure is carefully monitored — from cooling, power and global network level connections, to memory and processor usage of individual instances.

We use a combination of proprietary and industry standard software to track service availability, resource usage, player usage/capacity, and a variety of other performance measures.

Our fault monitoring protocols provide real-time event notifications for servers and network devices including process status, file system capacity, and backup success/failure.
