Our dual Network Operations Centers (NOCs) located in Pasadena, California, USA and Rotterdam, Netherlands provide continuous monitoring of the entire infrastructure that supports your deployed server base. All critical infrastructure is carefully monitored — from cooling, power and global network level connections, to memory and processor usage of individual instances.

We use a combination of proprietary and industry standard software to track service availability, resource usage, player usage/capacity, and a variety of other performance measures.

Our fault monitoring protocols provide real-time event notifications for servers and network devices including process status, file system capacity, and backup success/failure.
